With its constant expansion and progressive acquisitions, Boero Group strengthens the new approach of research, production and logistics through four hubs: Genoa (headquarters and Research Centre), Rivalta Scrivia (production site) and Tortona (logistics hub), thus covering the entire country in addition to a French subsidiary dedicated to the Yachting sector; this allows optimisation of the production and distribution processes, in a logic of high competitiveness and speed of response to the needs of individual customers.

Genoa has always been the registered office, administrative and commercial site of Boero Group: from here the strategies take form in the context of complete customer satisfaction while maintaining leadership with its trademarks.

Opened in 2009, the Research and Development centre “Riccardo Cavalleroni” is for the Boero
Group one of the elements on which the development strategy is founded.
The activities of the new centre of Research and Development and Technical Assistance are today carried out
in an area of 1500 m² divided into different laboratories, enabling the Boero Group researchers to formulate products that are increasingly at the forefront with innovative technologies and in compliance with the regulations in force.

The state-of-the-art production site, created on 120,000 m² within the industrial area of Rivalta Scrivia, near the Scientific-Tecnological Park and Logistical Hub, came into full production at the end of 2009, representing the beginning of a new company strategic path.
The current capacity is 40,000 tpa (tons per annum) of finished products, divided in two major divisions for productions, water based and solvent based, with tailor-made production possibilities.

The Logistical Centre covers an indoor area of 14,000 m² and makes deliveries all over the world. An experienced team of employees working 3 shifts, 24 hours a day, to meet every specific requirement of the customer, ensuring optimal standards in terms of efficiency and professionalism.
